Description
Grab a medium kettlebell [mine is 15lb] (or a dumbbell will work for every move, too!) and let's get moving. We pair a kb compound move, targeting multiple muscle groups, and then alternate it with a challenging kb cardio move. It's quick! It's effective! It's a fun way to try some new moves with a kettlebell!
