Description

Hey folks, here is a quick full body workout, complete with a warm up and stretch. I am using the the Ripcord from The Human Trainer (www.thehumantrainer.com). Our workout consists of a circuit of 10 strength and cardio moves, working for 45 secs followed by 15 sec of rest. We will do 2 rounds of this circuit and end with a quick stretch. This version has no music, but still has an instructional voice over, timer and bell to keep you on track. If you would like some tunes, then check out the second version in my playlist.
