Description
Hey folks, here is a quick full body workout, complete with a warm up and stretch. I am using the the Ripcord from The Human Trainer (www.thehumantrainer.com). Our workout consists of a circuit of 10 strength and cardio moves, working for 45 secs followed by 15 sec of rest. We will do 2 rounds of this circuit and end with a quick stretch. This version has music, but if you would prefer no music, check out my music free playlist.
