Description

Hey folks, I hope you enjoy this 20 minute upper body and back workout. We will be using lighter weights doing 45 secs of work, followed by 15 secs of rest. We will be working through 3 sets of 5 exercises. This version has no music, but still has an instructional voice over, timer and bell to keep you on track.
