Description
This 45 min circuit style workout focuses on cardio, upper body and core strength. You will need a dumbbells. I am using 20 lbs, 10 lb and 8 lbs, but use whatever you have around the house.
1. Warm up
2. 9 min CARDIO Tabata challenge. Low impact options are offered. 20 seconds high intensity/ 10 secs rest.
3. Upper Body Circuit: 45 secs work, 20 secs rest 6 exercises, 3 rounds
4. Core Circuit: 45 secs work, 10 sec rest 3 exercises, 3 rounds
5. Stretch
