Hope you guys enjoy this full body 15 minute HIIT workout! There are 8 different exercises with a :45/:15 work to rest ratio! I have the timer so you will hear that and I explain and demonstrate each exercise so you can follow along!
1. jumping jacks
2. elbow plank punches
3. 10 mountain climbers + plank jack push up
4. skater squats
5. bicycle crunches
6. forward lunge + trunk rotation
7. inchworm walk out + shoulder taps
