Welcome back to another real time, 15 minute HIIt workout, this particular workout focuses on challenging your cardio & core! Follow along with the video and do the workout with me! The work to rest ratio for this workout is :40 work and :20 rest, there are 7 exercises that we will complete 2 times through, then a final burnout exercise that we will complete at the end for the last interval! Hope you guys enjoy this!
