Hey guys, welcome back to another real time workout!! Workouts like this have been HIGHLY requested and I had so much fun making it! This workout can literally be done anywhere; it involves no equipment, no jumping, and no noise that could annoy neighbors or downstairs tenants in apartments! All you need is 24 minutes of time, and a little bit of space! I hope you guys enjoy this workout and that it is a little nicer on your joints than my other real time workouts!
