The “Fit in 15” series consists of short workouts made for busy people. These videos can be done anytime throughout the day (with an option to rewind and try it twice) OR pair them up with another “Fit in 15” video. Either way, my goal is to get your body to move today.

By participating you are aware, agree, and consent that some of these workouts require physical exertion that may be strenuous at times and may cause physical injury.
