WORKOUT

Warm up: Please do a quick warm up before this workout

We will be doing 6 different cardio moves for 20 secs, followed by 10 secs of active rest. We will go through the circuit 5 different times!

Cool Down: You can find a short cool down stretch in my yoga/ stretch playlist
