Description

Shoulders are one of my favorite upper body muscles to work, so this HIIT workout gets those heart rates up, and while it challenges other muscles too, it's the shoulders that will really feel the burn! Tabatas are great exercises filled with intense cardio intervals, and strength training intervals, making it an effective way to pack a lot into a short period of time, and keep your body burning calories up to 24 hours after the workout.
