Welcome back to another 10 minute tone! Today's workout focuses on your arms and all you need is 1 light set of dumbbells, I am using 5lb dumbbells. As always, there are 10 exercises, 1 minute of each exercise! I hope you guys enjoy and feel the burn in your arms and shoulders like I did!
Exercises:
1. DB alternating lateral & front raise
2. DB bicep curls
3. DB overhead tricep extensions
4. DB shoulder external rotations
5. DB renegade rows
6. DB tricep kickbacks
7. DB overhead neutral press (ps. I know I spelled neutral wrong in the vid)
8. DB bent over rows
9. DB chest press
10. DB upright rows
