Description

Grab a kettlebell or dumbbell (mat optional) and join us for a Kettlebell HIIT session! You will be doing a warm up followed by 4 blocks of work with 4 rounds in each block. We will do 4 exercises for 30 seconds each in every round of work, starting with 3 kettlebell progressions and finish off with a cardio burst as the 4th exercise. We will finish off our time together with a cool down, but if you have time stretch a little longer after the video. This video is a full body workout. So get your water bottle and LET’S DO THIS!!
