Description
Hi guys!
Welcome to Truly Pilates!
This video is part of the technique series here on my channel, it is all about how to perform a curl up. Seems like a pretty easy exercise right?! A curl up is a simple exercise but can often be done with poor technique, and as it is one of the foundation exercises of Pilates it is worth taking the time to make sure you are doing it right! You don’t want to be building on something with incorrect technique.
I hope that you enjoy the video!
If there are any other Pilates technique videos that you would like me to cover please do leave me a comment and I will do my best to get it done! 😊
