Description
Hi guys!
Welcome to Truly Pilates!
This video is part of the technique series here on my channel, where we go over specific exercises in a bit more detail that can sometimes be challenging to do correctly. The correct form and technique is so important in Pilates! This video is talking you through how to safely extend the spine, we can often let ourselves drop into one particular joint through the spine which can cause discomfort or even injury, so it is super important we do it with the right muscles supporting us!
I hope that you enjoy the video!
If there are any other technique videos you would like me to go over please do leave me a comment down below and I will see what I can do!
