Description

Hi guys!

Welcome to Truly Pilates!!!

This video is my top top Pilates exercises for shoulder pain! A lot of us are currently working at home, and in a different desk set up to what we are used to, which can result in aches and pains through your upper back, neck and shoulders! This video goes over my top exercises to try to relieve some of that discomfort and to bring the spine and head into a more neutral positioning.

I hope that you enjoy the video! Please do give the video a thumbs up and subscribe to the channel so you don’t miss any other workouts! ❤️
