Thirty, Flirty, and THIGHING! I'm celebrating turning 30 with 30 minutes of my favorite Barre Thigh exercises!

Thigh work is my favorite part of Barre class! It's challenging, I always feel accomplished, and am addicted to the shaking & burning - I know, I'm crazy! In a typical Barre class you'd do around 10-15 minutes of thigh work. But in this intense Barre Thigh workout, we're doing 30 minutes! It's intense, and your thighs should be shaking like crazy. Make SURE you stay for the stretch at the end of the video as your thighs will need it.

All you need for this Barre workout is something sturdy to hold onto, and some empty wall space. Get ready to sweat, shake, and sculpt #WithMe in this 30 minute at home Barre thigh workout!
