Hey guys! Back with an all levels barre workout that you can do from home. No 'Barre' required! Tone your entire body while we get the arms, core, glutes, thighs, and calves burning. Low impact and no jumping!
No equipment is needed except light hand weights if you have some (water bottles or soup cans work great) and a yoga mat if you're working out on a hard surface! Hold onto the back of a sturdy chair, a kitchen countertop, or the wall.
