I hope you enjoy my first full-length FULL BODY barre workout - an all-levels workout that has basic barre exercises you can do from anywhere!
This is a shortened version of what you would experience at a typical Barre class, but we still work the entire body!
You don't need a barre - just hold on to the back of a sturdy chair or countertop. We are using light hand weights, a yoga mat, and an optional Pilates ball for this one.
