This 45 minute high intensity barre workout will tone and lengthen the arms and thighs, strengthen the core and glutes, and sculpt your entire body!

No barre is required and no equipment except light hand weights if you have. Grab a yoga mat if you're working out on a hard surface. In this intense barre workout we warm up the entire body and fire up the abdominals, and then we work the arms with some low-impact cardio at the same time. After our heart rate is elevated we will really target and isolate the thighs and glutes with classic barre sculpting movements, and then finish off with a good core burn and cool down. We focus on engaging the core throughout the entire workout, so even if we're not doing an ab-specific exercise we are still toning and tightening the mid section!

As always, no actual Barre is required for any of my workouts! Hold onto the back of a sturdy chair, a kitchen countertop, or the wall. In this particular workout, we only actually use a barre for balance during our arms section.
