Get your entire body burning while you're stuck at home with this 30 minute barre workout you can do in your kitchen!

Conveniently use your kitchen countertop as your barre, or just the wall if you prefer. Grab 2 cans from your pantry to use as weights (but you can use regular weights if you have them) and a yoga mat if you're working out on a hard surface. We incorporate the cans into every single exercise, first warming up legs at the same time we target the biceps, triceps, shoulders, and back. We switch the focus onto just the lower body, toning the calves, quads, inner thighs & glutes. We finish off with a nice core burn and the cans add in some extra upper body work throughout!
