This target area workout is an INTENSE burn for your LOWER ABS! We combine strengthening exercises with a cardio burst for lower belly fat loss AND lower ab sculpting.
The cardio section is 5 moves, 30 seconds each, with low impact options. We then move onto our mats for the intense sculpting & core strengthening moves. Another 5 moves but incresed to 1 minute each, PLUS a plank hold at the end AND 2 rounds!! Your entire lower core will be on fire by the end and you will also work up a good sweat with the quick but intense cardio burst to blast that lower belly!
