This 18 minute beginner kettlebell workout will burn fat and works every major muscle group.

I use both a 10lb and a 5lb kettlebell to suit my preferences for the different exercises. If you don't have a kettlebell, you CAN make a dumbbell work for this! We do 2 rounds of 10 exercises with a quick stretch at the end for a total of 18 minutes.
