Hi folks, this video is for fitness newbies or if you've taken an extended break from working your core. This workout starts with an explanation on how activate your deep core and slowly gets more intense with each exercise. Please take breaks at any time, as you want to feel these exercises in your core and not your lower back. Eventually your endurance will improve and you will be able to do each move for 40 seconds.
