Description
This workout routine is currently one of my favorite ab workouts. The workout is a 10 minute non-stop intermediate/Advanced ab home workout that will challenge your abs. Perform each exercise for 30 seconds without rest between the moves.
Beginners Workout- Perform 2-3 Rounds
1.Alternating toe touch- 8-12 reps
2. Vertical leg crunch- 8-12 reps
3. Reverse crunch 10-15 reps
4. Side plank 10-20 seconds
5. Elbow Plank 15-30 seconds
