30 MIN. FULL BODY HIIT WORKOUT including a 2:30 warm up and 2:30 cool down! So the workout itself is about 20 MIN. You won't need any equipment for this workout, just water, a towel and a go get it mentality! This is not a repeat workout, meaning you do not need to replay the video to optimize the workout, all you need to do is commit for 30 minutes and afterwards know you've gotten in a great workout. I tracked my calories burned with my Apple Watch and I burned 300+ calories. So, you can possibly burn 300 calories in 30 MIN. (everyone's body is different, which is why I say possibly! You may burn more or less than me).
