Description
Here is my FULL LENGTH FULL BODY HIIT WORKOUT WITH WEIGHTS AT HOME.
In this total body workout with weights I am using a set of 10 lbs and 15lbs.
FULL BODY WORKOUT BREAKDOWN:
This full length workout has a warm up and cool. Please make sure to do both to gain mobility and flexibility. We will be making our way through 20 different exercises working for 45 secs, followed by 15 secs of break. We will make it through this circuit 2 times through!
