Welcome back to another intense follow along HIIT workout! This one has 5 exercises that you'll do 4 rounds through for a total of 20 minutes! The work to rest ratio is :45 work and :15 rest so use that rest wisely and keep your water close by. You won't need any equipment, and this workout can be done literally anywhere! 1. push up burpees

2. curtsey lunge + squat

3. ab kicks

4. plank hip dips

5. high knees (8) + drop squat
