I had a few requests for a second sock sliding workout so here ya go. Super fun drills to get you sweating and really engaging your muscles.
You’ll build strength, mobility and definitely get the heart pumping. Can’t wait to hear what you think. There’s some extra entertainment on this one: my son and kitty peeking in and putting on a show 🤣🤣
8 drills total. Work 1 minutes. Transfer 10 seconds. First time through, I would suggests using the first round as a warm up and then rewinding and doing the drills twice more with me 😅
