Description

Grab a Kettlebell or heavy Dumbbell and do this heart racing, strength training class with me! I use the bench for 2 exercises so not a big deal if you don’t have one, just step up on to a chair or couch and do the second one on the mat!

As always, listen to your body. Modify when needed or even set the weight down at any time. Don’t be scared to push your body when you know you can!
