Hi! Here is my TONED ARMS AND SCULPTED BACK WORKOUT/ TONED ARMS WORKOUT WITH DUMBBELLS. This workout focuses on the upper body, but there's some sneaky leg exercises in there too! We will be making our way through 9 different exercises for 50 seconds each and 10 secs break! We will go through the circuit two times. I would recommend using light weights, as there is not much rest time. For the best results, makes sure to do the warm up and cool down!

In this upper body workout, I am using one set of 8 lbs dumbbells.
