Description

We're back with another 10 minute tone, but this time a dumbbell only leg workout! As always, there are 10 exercises, 1 minute per exercise, and all you need is one set of dumbbells. I used 8lb dumbbells because that is the heaviest set we have so feel free to go heavier or lighter if needed. I hope you enjoy this leg burner!!
