Description

It's been a while since my last 15 minute HIIT workout and I'm sorry about that! Life has been crazy busy but I finally got around to recording one! I hope you guys enjoy this workout, the work to rest ratio is :40/:20, there are 8 exercises total, 7 that you do twice through, and then a final burnout exercise, which of course involves burpees :) Enjoy!

Exercises:

1. walk out push ups

2. v ups

3. high plank shoulder taps

4. long arm crunches

5. rotational push ups

6. cross body taps

7. tricep dip + crab taps

Burnout=plank up down burpees
