Tabata is a very popular hiit style workout that utilizes a :20 work to :10 rest interval, with that being said, you have to utilize those short rest periods because this workout will have your muscles burning! Circuit 1:

:20 burpees

:10 rest

:20 walk out push ups

:10 rest

x 4 rounds (total of 4 minutes)

Circuit 2:

:20 jump lunges

:10 rest

:20 sumo squat pulse

:10 rest

x 4 rounds (total of 4 minutes)

Circuit 3:

:20 high knees

:10 rest

:20 plank up downs

:10 rest

x 4 rounds (total of 4 minutes)

Circuit 4:

:20 X squat jumps
