Hi! I have created this CHAIR NECK AND SHOULDER STRETCH ROUTINE for folks working at desk jobs, as well as for those with limited mobility. This quick 10 min chair session will help ease neck pain and release shoulder tension. These are also great neck and shoulder stretches to do before bed!
