Wow, it feels like I haven't posted a 10 minute tone in forever! Here is a SWEATY 10 minute cardio session that left me drenched and ready to go! I personally did this cardio session right before a quick 30 minute lift/resistance workout! There are 10 exercises, 1 minute of non-stop work per exercise, and absolutely no rest! Details below!
