Hey folks, here is my 10 MIN RESISTANCE BAND TRICEP WORKOUT! Pair this workout with some of my other shorter videos and you've got a great toned arms finisher!

We will be working for 45 secs, followed by 15 secs of break and we will go through the circuit two times. I am using a light to medium resistance band from RIPCORDS.
