Description

Here is my TOTAL BODY BOSU BALL WORKOUT! This killer workout will work your cardio and strength and will challenge your core! We will warm up, then perform 4 circuits of 3 different exercises (60 secs work, 20 secs rest), followed by a cool down stretch. If you are not jumping, I have made low impact modifications for you.
