25 Minute leg workout at home. This lower body workout routine will target your quads, inner thighs, hamstrings and will work your booty. There are 2 circuits in the workout routine. Circuit #1 is a non-stop body weight routine and circuit #2 consists the best leg exercises with dumbbells.
For Beginners- Take rest between the exercises in circuit 1 and perform circuit 2 without weights.
