Description

Let's climb the FITNESS LADDER with this full-body workout! Grab a pair of dumbbells and some minibands and do this circuit. Burn extra fat and calories keeping the heart rate elevated throughout the entire routine!

For this ladder style workout, you'll work each pair of exercises consecutively with no break between sets. Start with 5 reps of each, and work down to 1 rep. Take a short 30 second break and then begin the next pair of exercises. Once all the exercises are complete, take a full one-minute break and do it all again! You'll definitely feel the burn:-)

I'm using 5lbs. dumbbells and Hope Fitness Gear minibands in light and heavy (for legs).
