Ready to burn some major calories in a short amount of time? This 12- minuteTerra-Core workout is for YOU! Let's combine the Terra-core and a long resistance band for a challenging upper body, cardio and core workout.

Perform each exercise for 45 seconds and take a 20 second break in between exercises. If you're feeling good, complete this video twice!
