Description
This 10-minute full-body TABATA workout will burn some major cals as well as sculpt your muscles!
Follow-along with this short and intense 10-minute workout that will leave you feeling good and sweaty. All you need is a pair of dumbbells; 2 pairs of different weights is optional (I'm using 5lbs. and 8lbs).
THE WORKOUT:
3 Blocks
3 Rounds each
20 seconds work/10 second break
1 Minute break between rounds
