Description
Back in the day, I used to teach cardio classes using a stability ball! I thought I would whip it out and show you guys some of the moves I did. It’s super fun and you’ll feel like a big kid!

The first half of this vid highlights samples of some fun exercises that can be added into your current routine. Keep your abs tight and think about squeezing the ball every time you're holding it for extra upper work. The last half is a full stretch to follow-along with using the ball!

1️⃣ Split jumps with ball bounces
2️⃣ Squats with overhead toss
3️⃣ Double step touches (low or add hop) with optional ball toss
4️⃣ Front to reverse lunges with cross chop arms
5️⃣ Shuffles with dribbles
6️⃣ Single RDL/overhead raise
7️⃣ Lateral jumps/twists
8️⃣ Cool-Down/Stretch
