Description

Are you ready to get rid of flabby arms and sport that tank top? This workout has got your COVERED! This is EMOM style which stands for "Every Minute on the Minute".

Set your timer! Work each exercise for 40 seconds and then take a 20 second break. At the start of each minute, begin the next exercise. Perform this for 2-3 rounds and don't forget to hydrate!
