Description
In this full-body HIIT workout, you'll complete 5 blocks with two exercises in each. Each exercise will last 45 seconds with a 20-second break between sets and repeat twice. Pause the video when needed to hydrate and take longer breaks between blocks.
Equipment needed: Pair of light/medium dumbbells, a mat, towel and water.
*Remember to perform a 5-10 minute warm-up prior to beginning this workout and stretch at the end!
