Borrow your kid’s soccer ball to a few minutes and join me for a little sweat sess 💦 This is a low-impact workout that has zero jumps or hops👍🏽..

Performed each exercise for 30 seconds with a 15 second break in between sets..

⚽️Squats with rotational reach overhead..

⚽️Alternating front lunges with chest presses..

⚽️Alternating side lunges with low rows to reach overhead..

⚽️Narrow squat ball pulses (Squeeze the soccer ball between knees and pulse low)..

⚽️Heel jumping jacks..

⚽️Alternating Reverse lunges with diagonal across..

⚽️Bicep curls (Squeeze those elbows take to the side and press the ball in)..

⚽️Overhead tricep extensions..

⚽️Half rollbacks with rotations..

⚽️Crunch and toss with legs straight..

⚽️Bicycle figure 8 passes..

⚽️Plank ball passes (Modify on knees)..
