⚽️Alternating front lunges with chest presses..
⚽️Alternating side lunges with low rows to reach overhead..
⚽️Narrow squat ball pulses (Squeeze the soccer ball between knees and pulse low)..
⚽️Heel jumping jacks..
⚽️Alternating Reverse lunges with diagonal across..
⚽️Bicep curls (Squeeze those elbows take to the side and press the ball in)..
