It’s the WEEKEND 🎉 and, I don’t know about you, but I need a BIG glass of wine after the week we’ve all been having 😩 BEFORE poppin’ that bottle...or, ahem, bottles...make good use of them as weights 💪🏽 You’ll be pleasantly surprised how heavy those bottles can feel after a few sets!..

Here’s the breakdown for this workout. Watch and follow along on the IGTV vid and do this full body strength workout using those nice full bottles 🍷 No bottles, no problem! Use dumbbells, cans, laundry detergent, whatever!! Do this video two to three times to get a full 20 to 30 minute workout, and then pour yourself a nice full glass of wine 😜..

🍷Squat halos to standing overhead press..
