I use this as my after-dinner workout, but you can do this for any time you want to workout at home. This yoga-inspired exercise is for beginner workout for women-friendly as well as you can use as strength training with no equipment. Good thing though no repeats and intense for some so you will be a little challenged. 12minutes to 20 minutes you can invest your time after dinner. Yoga for weight loss and flat belly can happen to you. slowly but surely.
