Description
Today, is day 14 of the 30 day challenge. I take you through a quick 5 minute tricep series. This workout is great for beginners all the way to advanced. You have the option to grab a light set of weights, wear wrist weights, or simply use your own body weight; you do what feels best to you. As I always say exercise should be fun. I love that this workout can be added to another workout or simply be done on it's own. Remember, my goal for all of you is to simply help you make exercise a habit. Make yourself a priority.
Simply get up and move, it's only 5 minutes. Maybe you pair this with another one of my workouts and make it extra special.
Put on your favorite music and let's go!
